Today, I'd like to introduce my recipe of salad udon.
It is very easy to cook,
and it takes about 10~15minutes to cook :)***

◇Ingredients(for 1 )
・Udon
・Lettuce 1.5 pieces
・Cucumber 0.5 pieces
・Tomato 3~4
・Tuna(canned tuna) harf
・Dried bonito little
・Seaweed little
・Soup(tuyu in Japanese) about 50cc
・Mayonnaise little
--------------------------------------- --
Let's start cooking \(^^)/
1. Cut lettuce and cucumber by hand or kitchen knife
2. Boil water, and put udon in it(3~5 min)
3. Finish boiling,
remove udon from pot to colander(zaru in Japanese)
4. Cool udon by water
5. Cover lettuce on the plate
6. Put udon on lettuce(※drain water well)
7. Dish up cucumber, tometo, and tuna on it
8. Put soup and mayonnaise on the whole
9. Put seaweed on the center
Finish~(^^)***
It is Salad udon :)*

Salad udon is very simple, but delicious!!!

Hi Aya!!!! UDON!!!!!! YEEEEEES, I LOVE IT!!!! Udon is famous food in my hometown so, i used to eat it once a week! hahah now i miss it tho!

It can develop more by using crisp ingredients such as Japanese Greens(Mizuna) and onions, I think.
I wanna refer to it for my recipes!
Oooh, this sounds so good for the summer. My family always laughs at my udon salad because I put a lot of ingredients in it - corn, chicken, eggplant, carrots. Basically any vegetables I can find :)
