Chinese noodle (^^)

Hello (^^)




Recently, the weather is really bad,

it maens rainy and very hot, isn't it ?


I hate the rainy season and summer (:_;)

Today, I introduce my favorite shop.


There is my high school in Ikebukuro, Tokyo.


When I was a high school student,

I frequented Ikebukuro, and enjoyed with my friends :)



So Ikebukuro is my second hometown,

and I am quite familiar with the Ikebukuro area.



Ikebukuro is famous for Sunshine City,

also the site of a hard battle for chinese noodle!!!



So I introduce my favorite chinese noodle shop.




It is "屯ちん Tonchin"!!!!!




Have you ever heard this name

or been there and eaten chinese noodle?






Tonchin is famous for pig's bone(tonkotsu) chinese noodle.


All of ingredients are handmade,

and it is particular about freshness.


The soup's base is pig's bone (tonkotsu),

and it contains dark strongly flavored soy sauce,
specific pigs, chicken, and vegetables.



The noodle is a little thick,

which were knead with the soup of seafood.



Tonchin is particular about the noodle, soup, ingredients,

and all of them are handmade!!!



I recommend this chinese noodle :)

There are 3 size (M, L, LL)in these menu,
and all of size are the same price, 650 yen!!


So I recommend LL size \(^0^)/

Salad udon (^^)

Hello (^^)


Today, I'd like to introduce my recipe of salad udon.


It is very easy to cook,
and it takes about 10~15minutes to cook :)***


---------------------------------------

◇Ingredients(for 1 )

・Udon

・Lettuce 1.5 pieces

・Cucumber 0.5 pieces

・Tomato 3~4

・Tuna(canned tuna) harf

・Dried bonito little

・Seaweed little

・Soup(tuyu in Japanese) about 50cc

・Mayonnaise little














--------------------------------------- --


Let's start cooking \(^^)/


1. Cut lettuce and cucumber by hand or kitchen knife


2. Boil water, and put udon in it(3~5 min)


3. Finish boiling,
  remove udon from pot to colander(zaru in Japanese)


4. Cool udon by water


5. Cover lettuce on the plate


6. Put udon on lettuce(※drain water well)


7. Dish up cucumber, tometo, and tuna on it


8. Put soup and mayonnaise on the whole


9. Put seaweed on the center




Finish~(^^)***


It is Salad udon :)*

Salad udon is very simple, but delicious!!!

I recommend you to eat it in summer season!!!

Pasta(^^)

Today, I'd like to introduce my favorite restaurant :)


Have you ever seen this signboard?

This is my favorite restaurant, "Popolamama"!!!!

It is Itarian restaurant.

The menu has many kinds of pasta,
such as salt, soy sauce, tometo, cream sauce, cod roe, and etc...

And there are some pizza, salad, and dessert (*^^*)

Also, all of menu are very reasonable.


I think Popolamama is famous for pasta,
so it cares about raw pasta.

The texture of raw pasta is chewy,
it is different from dried nomal noodles.

Once you eat, you won't be able to quit.



And I recommend you 2 pasta in Popolamama.


1. Spinach and bacon with soy sauce












It is very popular menu in the restaurant.

If you have 500 yen, you can eat this.
It is very cheap!!

I always order this pasta.



2. Green onion and pork with soy sauce and sleety sauce with vinegar











The taste is very Japanese style,
and light (it means not heavely flavored dish).


If you interested in Popolamama,
let's go there, and eat delicious pasta \(^^)/
