Recently, I have a cold, especially a bad headache... :(

Be careful not to catch a cold!!!!!

Today, I'd ike to introduce the food of the Star Festival :)

As you know, the Star Festival(七夕)celebrated on July 7th.

On this day, Vega(織姫) and Altair(彦星) can have a date

on the Milky Way once a year.

Connected with this day, we write wish for a strip of paper,

and suspend it to bamboo leaf.

Have you ever done this?

When I was a child, I did it :)

And do you know what we eat in the star Festival?

There are various opinions

why people eat thin wheat noodle in the Star Festival.

1. We liken it as the Milky Way.

2. To inform a God about harvest of wheat

3. We liken it as thread of weaving.

and so on...

By the way, do you know the difference of Soumen and Hiyamugi?

Accordingto JAS,

the difference of Soumen and Hiyamugi is diameter.

The diamere of Soumen is less than 1.3mm.

On the othe hand,

the diameter of Hiyamugi is more than 1.3mm ～less than1.7mm.

But I love both of them!!!!

In this summer, I will eat them many times :D!!!

But, You should eat thin wheat noodle in this Star Festival ***

Do you have a plan of summer vacation?

I have a plan to go on a trip to Turkey with my mother :)

So, today I'd like to introduce Turkish food !!!!!

Turkish food is called "three major dishes of the world ",

which contain French, and Chinese.

I think "Kebab(ケバブ)" and

"Turkish ice cream" are really famous in Japan,

because you can see them in Japan,

so I'd like to introduce them.

In Japan, you can see it which is Kebab.

Kebab means grilled meat.

The meats which are used as kebab, are sheap's meat or chiken,

because Turkey is Islamic country,

so Turk cannnot eat pork.

And the environment is not suitable for raising cows,

so they eat sheap and chiken.

In Japan, there are some food wagon which sell kebab.

And you can eat Doner Kebab(ドネル・ケバブ).

It is easy to eat Doner Kebab,

because it is like sandwich,

and which contains vegetables, and sauce.

Doner Kebab are fast food in Turkey style!!!!

Next, about Turkish ice cream!!!!

It is called "Dondurma(ドンドゥルマ)".

The material is sugar, milk of sheap,

and salep which are used for being sticky.

The basic flavor is milk, or vanillra,

but there are seasoning flavors like coffee and chocolate.

If you buy dondurma, you can enjoy delivery!!!

Because sometimes the shop staff will turn ice cream upside down!!!

Popcorn (^^)

Do you like Disney?

and Have you ever been to TDL or TDS?

Of course, I' ve been to both of them many times,

and I will go to TDL next Wednesday with my boyfriend :)***

I'm really looking forward to go to TDL,

because I love Disney!!!!!

I always enjoy not only attractions,

but also eating, especially popcorn :)

Today, I'd like to talk about popcorn in TDL and TDS.

Now, there are 5 flavors of popcorn in TDL,

which are caramel, salt, honey, curry, and soy sauce&butter.

On the othe hand, there are 6 flavors of it in TDS,

which are caramel, sea salt, curry, black pepper, strawberry,and milk tea.

Which flavors do you like?

I love "salt"\(^0^)/,

because salt is the most standard flavor,

and I can continue to eat salt popcorn all the time.

Also, if you buy popcorn inTDL or TDS,

you will notice them.

It is "Souvenir bucket".

There are many kinds of souvenir bucket!!!

And these desigh are changed every events, or character,

so collecting all of designs may be impossible ...

I recommend collecting your favorite character's bucket,

or collecting the same event's bucket

like Halloween, Christmas, and so on.

If you have 1 souvenir bucket,

you can use it over and over in TDR.

It is very cute, so you can use it

as candy case, or something like that at home.

In TDR, there are many kinds of food,

which are hot-dog, steamed bun, pizza...

and they are so delicious ***

Now TDR is conducting a campaign until July 7th,

it is "Hometown passport"!!!

Usually, 1day passport is 6200yen for adults,

but if you live, work, or are a student

in Tokyo, Chiba, Kanagawa, Saitama,

you can get 1day passport for 4900yen!!!!!!

If you have free time,

you should go and enjoy attractions and eating in TDR :)****

Today, I went to movie theater with my mother,

and watched "Pirates of Caribbean"!!!!

It was so interesting,

I work at Saboten as salesperson in my hometown :)*

Today, I introduce my part-time job place, "Saboten"!!

It is famous for deep-fried food,

such as pork cutlet (とんかつ), croquette,

shrimp fried(えびふらい), and so on!

This is the most popular pork cutlet.

Saboten care about all of pigs.

The pigs eat almost wheat,

so the pork has no bad smell !!!

And the pigs grow in no stress environment,

so the color of pork is so clear !!!

Also Saboten care about oil and bread crumbs.

The oil is 100% vegetable oil,

which is Saboten original oil!

All of deep frieds are not heavy on the stmack!

All of staff pay attention to hygiene(衛生).

We have some rules!!

・ We have to wash hands for 1 minute, and every 2 hours.

・ We have to care about our appearance.

・ We have to change cutting board and kitchen knife using different food.

We obey many rules,

because we hope costomers can eat delicious and safe foods :)***
